Shea O’Neill joined the firm in 2013 as a Research Associate. Shea earned his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. While enrolled at Penn, Shea studied workforce development, though his primary research interest involved designing GIS-processes to address complex issues in planning.
Shea’s primary responsibilities within U3 Ventures are to manage and analyze relevant spatial, demographic, economic, and qualitative data for development projects. When he is not working with U3, Shea teaches several courses in Advanced GIS at the Philadelphia University.
